"Euphie Lilly is the youngest child of the Prismatic Imperium Lord Herald. Unlike her sisters Estelle and Rita, Euphie is shy and does not enjoy the public attention that comes with a life directed by Prismatic Media. She is expected to one day be a powerful asset in the manipulation of thousands of star systems through culture control, possibly even assuming control over The People's Media after her father should Alicia Mellor fail to uphold her public appearance. Euphie Lilly desires to attend Emerald University after her private studies to pursue interests in traditional art."

Her name is a reference to Princess Euphemia li Britannia, Code Geass.
